BFYW announced on Tuesday the successful closure of its previously announced asset purchase agreement with The Ideation Lab, LLC and its subsidiaries.

The  Ideation Lab, founded in 2019, has been at the forefront of innovation  in various wellness segments, including functional beverages, skincare,  personal care, pet lifestyle and women's mental wellness products.

The Ideation Lab, LLC announced that it has appointed Christopher Brown to its advisory board,  effective immediately. This appointment underscores The Ideation Lab’s  strong commitment to its portfolio companies, and reflects its plans to  rapidly grow distribution for The Jordre Well, LLC (“The Jordre Well”),  the Company’s CBD beverage joint venture with Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: JVA).

The  Jordre Well has submitted its CBD Testing and prepares to infuse CBD  for Joey Kramer of Aerosmith Rock N Roast coffee, including Sumatra,  Guatemala, and Ethiopian flavors. "Upon completion of these tests, we intend to move into the next phase  of commercial scaling to provide consumers high-quality, great tasting  hemp CBD infused coffee," said TJW CEO and Founder, Ian James.

The Ideation Lab, a brand solutions incubator and accelerator focused on the hemp industry, today announced that it will participate in Cowen's 2020 Boston Cannabis Conference (the “Conference”), to be held virtually between November 30 and December 2, 2020.

The great CBD news and Hemp news is not only will JVA be involved with coffee-infused  products, but they will also be in production of other beverages too,  such as tea, seltzers, and energy drinks. JVA expects CBD-infused coffee  products to be available as soon as Jan. 2021 through Jordre Well's  "Stephen James" collection.

Furthermore, Coffee Holding said that with the regulatory landscape  for CBD expected to evolve, it plans to expand its CBD infused coffee  offerings, and other CBD-related products, via the multiple selling  channels presently available to it and Jordre Well.
